Author Registration Policy

  • Author Registration Deadline:  9 September 2026, 23:59  (Singapore Time).
  • Each accepted paper must be supported by ONE Full  Registration, by an author or co-author.
  • Each Full Registration is valid for ONE paper submission only.
  • All accepted papers are limited to a maximum of 2 pages.
  • All Invited papers are limited to a maximum of 6 pages
  • Papers that are not registered, not paid, or not presented at ICTA 2026 will not be included in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.

Registration Notes

  • Early Bird Rate applies to all online registration made by 12 September 2026.
  • Standard Rate applies to all online registrations made after 12 September 2026, as well as on-site registrations.
  • Full Conference Registration includes:  e-Proceedings, access to all Technical Sessions, Welcome Reception, Banquet Dinner, Lunch and Coffee Breaks.
  • Student Registration includes: e-Proceedings, access to all Technical Sessions, Welcome Reception, Lunch and Coffee Breaks.

Conference Cancellation Policies

  • Participation is confirmed only upon receipt of full registration fee.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the Early Bird Deadline, to:   icta2026.sec@atenga.sg , and are subject to final approval by the Organising Committee. 
  • An administrative fee of S$200 will be deducted from all approved refund.
  • Registration may be transferred to a co-author by providing the replacement details via email to PCO, icta2026.sec@atenga.sg at least two weeks before the conference.

Force Majeure

ICTA 2026 shall not be held responsible for any loss, refund or compensation due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to: fire, flood, storm, strike, civil unrest, war, terrorism, epidemic, or natural disasters.
